Shipping

At ardie.au, we aim to get your order packed and on its way as quickly as possible.

Dispatch Times

  • Orders are typically dispatched within 1-3 business days.

  • During busy seasons (sales, holidays), dispatch may take a little longer — we’ll keep you updated.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location.

  • We ship Australia-wide using trusted carriers.

Delivery Timeframes
Shipping time varies depending on your location, but most orders arrive within:

  • 2–8 business days for metro areas

  • 5–12 business days for regional and rural areas

Order Changes

If you need to update your order, please contact us ASAP at hello@ardie.au
We can’t make changes once your order has been packed or shipped.


Returns & Exchanges

Because our garages arrive flat-packed and include all screws + instructions, we want to make sure you’re 100% happy.

We accept returns in the following situations:

Change of mind

We accept change-of-mind returns within 14 days, provided:

  • The item is unused and unassembled

  • All parts + packaging are intact

  • You cover return shipping

Once returned and inspected, we’ll process a refund minus original shipping costs.

Damaged or faulty items

If your package arrives damaged or something isn’t right, please email us within 7 days with photos of:

  • The product

  • The packaging

  • Any damage

We’ll replace or refund the item ASAP.


Missing or Incorrect Items

If something is missing or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll fix it straight away.
